witam. jakie dokładnie uprawnienia ? mi np mysql administrator działa bez problemowo. serwer jest w nazwa.pl więc tam uprawnienia powinny być odrazu dodane.

Podał zły prefiks lub poprawne dane jednak do złej (nie tej) bazy. Innego rozwiązania raczej nie widzę.

błąd był taki że trzeba było dać prefiks nie tak jak na stronie ipf tylko ibf pozdrawiam. i dzięki za odp.
