Nie można wejść na forum ani AdminCP, bo jest błąd bazy danych.

Czy błąd wystąpił po wrzuceniu dodatkowej wtyczki ? Dobrze masz uzupełniony plik config.php ? I podstawowe pytanie czy masz wersje legalną czy nulled ?
Próbowałeś wyłączyć wszystkie wtyczki ?
W pliku config.php w 2 linii dodaj:
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
